Thank you for choosing Student Plantscape! We want your experience to be simple, clear, and enjoyable. Please review our policy before placing your order.
1. When Returns Are Accepted
Because we deal with live plants, returns are limited. We accept returns or replacements only if:
- Your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or
- The plant is dead on arrival
For non-plant items (pots, planters, accessories):
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
We’re unable to accept returns for:
- Healthy plants delivered in good condition
- Plants damaged after delivery due to improper care or environment
- Items bought during sales, promotions, or clearance
3. Reporting an Issue
If there’s a problem with your order:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos or videos showing the issue
Requests made after 24 hours may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
4. Refunds
Once your request is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
- Issued via your original payment method or store credit
For Cash on Delivery (COD):
- Refunds are provided via bank transfer or store credit only
Note: Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
5. Replacements
- Eligible items may be replaced instead of refunded
- Replacement orders are shipped at no extra cost
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or changed
